How we work — and what we stand for
This code sets out, in binding form, the principles BB Escort operates by: in how we treat the companions we work with, our clients, personal data, and complaints. It is not a marketing text but a working document we expect to be held accountable against.

1. Our guiding principles
We arrange paid encounters between adults. That is a service with specific characteristics: physical closeness, emotional intimacy, a high expectation of discretion, and a setting in which power imbalances can easily emerge. We acknowledge this and build our processes accordingly.
For us, responsibility means this: the women we work with decide for themselves — over their time, their bodies, their boundaries and their public presentation. Clients are treated respectfully and discreetly, and we do not store data longer than is needed to fulfil the service. We operate within the bounds of German law, in particular the Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG) and the GDPR.
This code applies to all our staff, to every companion working with us, and to any third party we engage.
2. Selecting and working with our companions
Every companion we work with is met in person before any booking is arranged. We verify age, identity and the requirements set out in § 3 ProstSchG. A valid registration certificate under § 5 ProstSchG is a minimum condition; copies are kept on file and renewed on time.
The working relationship is voluntary and can be ended at any point. There are no cancellation penalties, no retention of documents, no debt bondage of any kind. The companion herself decides on fees, travel area, services and boundaries; we communicate these externally but do not change them on our own initiative.
Payouts are timely and fully itemised. Each companion has her own accounting record, accessible to her at any time. Tips and surcharges go entirely to the companion; we do not take hidden commissions on those amounts.
3. Protecting the privacy of our clients
Discretion is often critical for our clients. We therefore collect only the data we actually need to handle a booking: a name or alias, a contactable phone number, the time and location of the appointment. Payment data is processed exclusively via PCI-DSS-compliant providers and is not stored on our systems.
Completed booking records are deleted no later than 90 days after the appointment, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. tax-relevant records: ten years, anonymised). On request, and where tax rules allow, invoices are issued in neutral wording, with no reference to the service performed.
We do not share client data with third parties — except where legally obliged to do so (e.g. by court order). In such a case we inform the affected person, to the extent legally permitted.
4. Protecting the privacy of our companions
Photographs, videos and texts that a companion provides for publication remain her property. We document usage rights in writing and for a defined period of time. Any companion may request — without giving reasons — that her profile and all associated content be deleted; we act on this within 72 hours.
Working name, private identity and any further personal information are kept strictly separate. Legal names, home addresses and family details are never publicly visible. Internally, too, only those staff members who strictly need an item of information to do their work have access to it.
A companion has the right to leave the profession at any time. We actively support exits: immediate removal of public profiles, removal from search-engine caches where possible, and — if requested — a referral to specialised counselling services.
5. Consent and boundaries
Consent can be withdrawn at any time. A booked encounter is not bought-in consent to arbitrary acts. This is stated clearly before every appointment — to the companion, the client and to our own staff.
A companion may end an appointment before it begins, on arrival, or at any later point, without giving reasons. Any boundary violation — verbal, physical, photographic — ends the appointment immediately and is grounds for permanently blocking the client. There is no fee reduction at the companion's expense if she ends an appointment for safety reasons.
We take reports of boundary violations seriously and document them confidentially. Repeatedly problematic clients are blocked permanently; within the bounds of the law we also share such information with other reputable agencies.
6. Community guidelines & communication
Every chat, comment and review on the platform is subject to binding rules. The baseline is a respectful, adult tone — between clients and companions as well as between users themselves. Registering to use the platform means accepting these rules.
The following is explicitly prohibited: insults; racist, sexist, transphobic or otherwise discriminatory statements; sexual harassment outside of consented contexts; threats; blackmail; the unsolicited sending of explicit content; doxing; and any attempt to research or publish the legal name, private address or family members of a companion.
Reviews are only published for verified bookings, must be truthful and free of personal attacks. In the date chat the following applies: no pressuring for services outside the agreed scope, no contact outside the working hours communicated by the companion, no expectation of an instant reply. Companions may block any account at any time and without giving reasons — the block is binding and enforced on our side.
Violations have consequences. Depending on severity we respond in graduated steps: warning, temporary suspension (typically 7–30 days) or immediate and permanent block. For severe behaviour (threats, sexual coercion, outing attempts) the block is immediate and without prior warning; we also review whether to file a criminal complaint.
7. Anti-trafficking commitment
Human trafficking and forced prostitution are incompatible with our business. We cooperate exclusively with adults who have freely chosen the profession without pressure from third parties. At every initial meeting we review indicators that may point to exploitation: accompaniment by third parties, lack of personal documents, rehearsed answers, signs of debt or of controlled travel.
Where we have concrete suspicion, we do not proceed with any booking and we notify the competent authorities. We know and use the reporting channels of the federal situation report on human trafficking and, in individual cases, work with specialised counselling services (including KOK e. V., Hydra e. V. and Mitternachtsmission).
Every team member receives annual training on indicators and reporting channels. These trainings are documented.
8. Moderation and regular content review
Content on the platform — profiles, photos, descriptions, reviews, comments, chat reports — is actively moderated, not only when someone complains. New profiles and new content (especially images and descriptive text) go through pre-moderation before they become publicly visible.
We review existing content on a regular schedule: profile photos, services and pricing are checked once per quarter for accuracy and policy compliance; reviews and public comments are spot-checked on an ongoing basis. Reported content is triaged within 24 hours and decided against a documented process (keep, edit, hide, remove).
When we remove or hide content, we record internally the time, the reason and the person responsible. The affected party is notified and may object to the decision. Decisions that turn out to be wrong are reversed; this works in both directions — for content taken down unjustly and for content that should have been removed sooner.
9. Handling complaints
Companions, clients and third parties can submit complaints at any time by email to verantwortung@bb-escort.de. Receipt is confirmed within 24 hours. An initial substantive response follows within five business days; more complex cases are closed within 30 days, with the affected party kept informed in the meantime.
Complaints are documented internally, treated confidentially, and are never used against the person who raised them. A companion who files a complaint does not lose bookings as a result; a client who flags an issue does not lose discretion because of it.
Where we have made a mistake, we say so. Correctable statements on the website, in profiles or in our processes are put right promptly, and the time of correction is recorded.
10. Transparency about who we are
BB Escort is operated by SKY Pleasure International LTD, registered in the companies register of England and Wales. Managing Director: Stefan Fendl. Our operational address in Germany and all contact details are listed in full in the legal notice.
We have been active in the market since 2008 and work across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We only list memberships, certifications or awards that actually exist and can be verified. We do not claim affiliation with associations we do not belong to.
This code and the legal notice are reviewed regularly. Changes are documented, with a date and version number, at the bottom of this page.
11. What we do not do
There are things we choose not to do — regardless of whether they would be legally permissible:
- We do not arrange bookings for anyone without a valid ProstSchG registration certificate.
- We do not work with intermediaries whose relationship to the companion we cannot verify directly.
- We do not share client data for advertising or with data brokers.
- We do not retouch photos in ways that substantially change a companion's age, body or appearance.
- We do not write our own reviews and we do not buy ratings.
- We do not remove or edit genuine client reviews as long as they are truthful and not insulting, discriminatory or unlawful.
- We do not claim memberships, certifications or partners that cannot be verified.
- We do not push companions towards services, clients or regions they have declined.
12. Status and versioning
This code is reviewed annually, in the first quarter, and updated as needed. Material changes are published with date and version number; earlier versions are available on request.
We actively welcome feedback, suggestions and well-founded criticism. We treat this text as a living document — not as a stone placed once and then forgotten.
