Frequently asked questions about complaints

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that necessitate a cancellation. In such a case, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible – preferably by phone or email. If you have already made a deposit, it will be credited as a credit towards your next booking with us. If the lady is already on her way at the time of your cancellation, we ask for your understanding that the incurred travel costs are still to be settled. Please note that costs for hotel bookings, train or plane tickets are not refundable. We strive to find a fair and appropriate solution in such cases and thank you for your understanding.
