Despite all security measures, the transmission of data over the internet cannot be fully protected against access by third parties.

Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the nature and purpose of the processing, we rely on different legal bases:
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) – e.g. optional cookies or certain optional functions.
Contract and pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – e.g. registration, arranging services, and handling enquiries and bookings.
Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) – e.g. tax and commercial retention obligations under Cyprus law.
Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – secure provision of the platform, IT security, prevention of misuse and fraud, error analysis, and the assertion or defence of legal claims, provided that your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not override these.
Special Categories of Personal Data (Article 9 GDPR)
By submitting your booking enquiry, you expressly confirm that we may process the information you provide voluntarily – including details that may allow conclusions to be drawn about your sex life or sexual preferences – for the purpose of arranging your enquiry and forwarding it to the lady you have requested. Such data is subject to the special protection of Article 9 GDPR. We process it exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, for the defence of legal claims (Article 9(2)(f) GDPR), and we limit it to what is necessary. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
You have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification or erasure of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future. Furthermore, under certain circumstances you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
What Data We Collect
Data You Provide to Us
Depending on the function used, we process in particular: first and last name, email address, telephone number, postal address, date of birth/age details, username, profile information, uploaded photos, communication content, booking and contract data, invoicing information, and other voluntary details. The provision of certain data is necessary for the contract or for legal obligations; without it, we cannot provide the respective service in whole or in part. As part of a booking enquiry, we process the information you provide (e.g. desired companion, appointment, location, hotel details, communication content, and other voluntary information), insofar as this is necessary to arrange and carry out your enquiry. Where necessary for security reasons, we may process evidence such as hotel details or proof of address. This is used exclusively for security verification and is deleted once the purpose no longer applies.
Automatically Collected Data and Server Log Files
When you visit the platform, we automatically process technical data (including IP address, date/time of access, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages accessed, duration of access, and device, protocol and error data) as well as server log files. This data is combined with other data only insofar as this is necessary and legally permissible to ensure security, for error analysis, for the prevention of misuse, or to deal with specific incidents.
Registration, Contact and Bookings
For the creation of a user account, the handling of your contact enquiries, and the arranging, organisation and processing of bookings, we process the data required for this (including name, contact details, booking and invoicing data, communication history, and details of appointment/location). The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, for contact enquiries where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; insofar as special categories are affected, additionally Article 9(2)(a) GDPR.
Google Login
You can sign in using your Google account. In doing so, Google transmits to us the data required for signing in (generally name, email address, and Google user ID); this may involve data being transferred to the USA (see ‘International Data Transfers’). The processing of the data required for signing in is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Insofar as technologies requiring consent are used when calling up or using Google Login, their use is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Maps
We include Google Maps features and content: the places on our city pages and the map view used to select a radius in your account. When the map view loads, your browser connects to Google and transmits your IP address; this may involve data being transferred to the USA (see ‘International Data Transfers’). The Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service apply in addition.
Cookies and Tracking
We use technically necessary cookies and comparable technologies insofar as this is strictly necessary for the provision of a service you have expressly requested. The subsequent processing of personal data is carried out, depending on the purpose, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We use optional cookies and comparable technologies only with your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable statutory provisions. We use optional cookies only with your consent given via our cookie consent system, which you can change or withdraw at any time (in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions).
When using server-side tracking, we process technical data directly on our servers. Insofar as this serves the provision of the service, attack detection and error analysis, it is carried out under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; insofar as it serves reach measurement or optimisation and requires consent, only under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Advertising and Newsletter
We send you promotional emails only with your prior explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw this at any time, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every promotional email; you will incur no disadvantages as a result.
Retention Period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or for as long as statutory retention obligations exist (in particular under tax and commercial law pursuant to Cyprus law). Thereafter, the data is deleted or anonymised. We also store personal data insofar as this is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the settlement of disputes, or for the enforcement of our terms of use.
Recipients and Processors
Data is disclosed only insofar as this is necessary for the performance of a contract, on account of legal obligations, or on the basis of a data protection permission – in particular to technical service providers, hosting and IT providers, authorities/courts, and processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Insofar as this is necessary to carry out your booking enquiry, we transmit the data required for this to the escort you have requested. In doing so, we limit ourselves to the information necessary for arranging and carrying out the booking. We do not sell data or disclose it for advertising purposes. The following, in particular, are used:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hosting)
- Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (delivery/scaling)
- Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Munich, Germany (security/availability)
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, Mountain View, CA, USA (Google Login, Google Maps)
International Data Transfers
Insofar as data is transferred to recipients outside the EU/EEA – in particular to the USA (Vercel, Google) – this takes place only with the safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision, certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A copy of the safeguards may be requested from us.
Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures (including TLS/SSL encryption, access restrictions and role-based permissions, regular security updates, system monitoring, data backups, and protection against cyberattacks) and continuously adapt these to the state of the art.
Your Rights
You have the rights to access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20), as well as the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR). A message to the contact details above is sufficient to exercise them.
Right to object (Article 21 GDPR): Insofar as we process data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then cease the processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds, or the processing serves the defence of legal claims.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), e.g. in your place of residence. The authority responsible for us is:
Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Kypranoros 15, 1061 Nicosia (P.O. Box 23378, 1682 Nicosia), Cyprus / Tel. +357 22 818456

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, for whose content and data protection the respective operators are solely responsible.
