Loyalty points on every date
Every euro of a completed date earns you 1 loyalty point, 1.5 as a club member. You can redeem them for club membership, chat messages and dates.
You see your balance once you sign in. An email address is enough.
How you earn loyalty points
Points add up by themselves once a date runs through your account. There is nothing to sign up for.
Request a date
You request through your account, on the site or in the app. Once you have chosen a lady, your date’s page shows how many points it will bring.
The date takes place
After you have met, we close the date. Points are credited when it is closed.
Points credited
Every euro of the date’s total earns you 1 point, 1.5 as a club member. Only whole points count.
Redeemable after 3 days
When you redeem, 10 points are worth €1.

How you redeem your points
When you pay, switch on “Use loyalty points”. You pay the rest as usual.

The rules we book points by. Every entry shows its rate in your history.
“Redeemable from” in your history
While the waiting period runs, the credit shows the date from which you can use it. It already counts towards your balance; you just cannot redeem it yet.
Valid for 24 months
Each credit is valid for 24 months from the day we book it. When you redeem, the points that expire first are used first.
Cancelled after the close
If a date is cancelled after we have closed it, we take its points back. Your history then shows both lines, the credit and the deduction.
The club rate counts at the close
Whether you get 1.5 points per euro is decided when we close the date. If you are a club member by then, the club rate applies, even if you were not when you made the request.
Points come from dates
Every completed date counts, cyberdates included. Buying a membership or chat messages earns no points.
Membership paid fully in points
If you pay for a membership entirely with points, it runs for one term and does not renew. If part of it goes on your card, it renews as usual.
It is all in your account
Under Settings → Loyalty points you find every credit with its date and rate, when it becomes redeemable and when it expires. The app keeps them in the same place.
