Yes, you can cancel your club membership at any time. However, the cancellation only affects future billing periods. The period you have already paid for remains active until the end and will not be refunded on a pro rata basis. After this period expires, your membership will automatically end and no further payments will be taken. You can manage your membership in the ‘Club membership’ menu item.

Yes, you can switch to a different tariff at any time. If you switch, for example, from a monthly to an annual tariff, the remaining term will be credited or added accordingly.

Yes, the full range of club membership features is available to you on all devices, whether desktop, tablet or smartphone. It is important that you are logged in to your user profile.

Once payment has been successfully completed, your access will be activated immediately. You can also see whether your club membership is active or inactive under the ‘Club membership’ menu item in your user profile. Here you can also see how long your membership is valid for.

After registering on our website, proceed as follows: Click on your user icon in the top right-hand corner and select ‘Club membership’. Then click on ‘Become a Premium Club member’, select your desired plan (monthly, half-yearly or yearly) and follow the payment process. Once payment has been successfully completed, you will automatically be a member.

You can choose between the following terms:

• Monthly: 49.99€

• Half-yearly: 249.99€ (16% discount)

• Yearly: 449.99€ (25% discount)

All prices include 19% VAT.

Currently, payment is only possible by credit card using the 3D Secure procedure. This security check is required by credit card companies.

Yes, club membership is automatically renewed for the same period you originally chose (monthly, half-yearly or yearly). You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time.

In most cases, this is due to a lack of 3D Secure functionality. Your payment will then be declined. Please contact your credit card provider to check your Secure functionality.

You can reactivate your membership at any time, so you have the flexibility to upgrade again whenever you want.
