In addition, Sky Pleasure LTD. reserves the right to demand a contractual penalty of up to €10000 per violation.
14. Final Provisions
The law of the Republic of Cyprus exclusively applies. For consumers, this choice of law only applies to the extent that the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of the consumer's usual residence is not withdrawn (principle of favorability).
