Riding position
During sex in the riding position, the man lies on his back while the woman sits on his pelvis, wide-legged and facing forward. Kneeling or squatting, the woman aligns her vagina with the man's erect penis and lowers herself onto it. While doing this, one of the two partners can guide the penis to penetrate the vagina. If the woman sits in the right position, she can slide up and down (i.e. ride) on the man's penis, setting the rhythm and pace herself. The woman can move freely and thus also determine the depth of penetration. Because of this control, many women can climax in this position. On the other hand, many men also love to be ridden by their partner. In many other sex positions, however, the man is the more active part, the one who determines the pace, depth and rhythm. When riding, men are surprised by the woman's thrusts and can enjoy something more passive. The unobstructed view of the bobbing breasts or the woman's aroused face also increase the lust of many men. In this position, the man can also manually stimulate the woman's clitoris and knead or kiss her breasts. Or he can grab the woman's pelvis and support her thrusts. If the woman raises her pelvis a little, the man can thrust his penis into the vagina from below. The riding position is often used in bondage games, for example because the woman can also ride on a man whose arms are tied.
In the reverse riding position, the woman rides the man facing his feet in a kneeling or squatting position. After inserting the penis into the vagina, the woman can keep her upper body upright or lean forward or backward. The man's legs can lie flat on the bed or be bent. The pace, rhythm, depth and duration of penetration can again be determined by the woman here. By changing her position and thrusts, she can change the level of stimulation for the man as well as stimulate her clitoris and G-spot at the same time. Men often enjoy the view of the woman's bottom in this position. In another variation of the classic riding position, the man sits on a chair and the woman sits on top of him with her legs wide apart. The man hugs the woman tightly so that she has enough support, so the partners get particularly close in this type of play. One advantage of the riding position is that the man's weight is not on the woman. Especially with heavy men, this can relieve the woman and give her more freedom of movement. These positions are also popular and ideal during pregnancy, as no pressure is exerted on the woman's abdomen. In addition, she can control the depth and speed of penetration well. Already in the Kama Sutra and other ancient illustrations, the sex of women riding men was documented. Other popular sex positions are the missionary position and the sixty-nine position.
