What do I do if there is no telephone in my hotel room?

If there's no phone in your hotel room, there are various solutions available:

  • Sending the room card via email: You can send us a picture of the room card via email. Please ensure that the picture clearly shows the date and room number.
  • Call through reception: Alternatively, we can discreetly call the reception and have them connect us to your room. This will be done in a discreet manner to maintain your privacy.
  • Deposit with the agency: You also have the option to make a deposit of €200 with the agency. In this case, simply inform us of the room number just before the start of the date.
